Working with N3C Leisure Solutions is completely flexible and our Service Options are designed with you in mind.

Consulting Services give our clients the most flexible route to working with us. Normally associated with longer term projects, our consulting packages can be tailored to meet your requirements and budget. In this scenario we conduct operational system reviews, performance evaluation projects, facilitate workshops, train your team and develope bespoke action plans. The consulting option is probably the most effective way of taking advantage of our experience and lessons learned and at the same time initiate operational change with the least amount of time and difficulty.

Expert Advisor services are best suited to clients who are keen to develop their own planning and management systems, but recognise the value of having an independant input to ensure that lessons learned and best practice have been incorporated into their plans. Expert advisor services are billed on an 'as required' basis.

Executive Seminars are offered at the client's location of choice and are designed to support an organisation's leaders in their decision making process. Our seminars are always tailored to meet each client's needs and to be relevant to the characteristics of their business. Seminars are typically between two and four hours in duration but can be extended to include workshop sessions.

Team Seminars are offered to middle management level and team members. This option often follows the strategic planning process and is very effective in aligning the organisation's working practices with it's business plan, brand standards, and goals. Consistant with the executive seminars these session are typically between two and four hours in duration but can be extended to include workshop sessions.

Training Courses & Programmes are designed and delivered to meet specific client needs. N3C Leisure Solutions offers a wide range of practical training programmes covering for example, effective management, communication skills, operational practices, behavioural systems and service excellence. We also deliver certified fitness instructor courses and first aid training.
